Tormod Midtbø

Tormod Midtbø grew up in Fjaler, a small coastal village in the western part of Norway. He earned his Bachelor degree in Contemporary Dance at Oslo National Academy of the Arts KHiO) in 2020, where he worked with choreographers such as Ingrid Berger Myhre, Ingri Fiksdal, Bente Alice Westgård, Stian Danielsen, Yaniv Cohen and Alan Lucien Øyen. Shortly after his graduation he danced in one of Inés Belli’s recent works. He completed a semester of Gender Studies at the University of Oslo, which greatly influenced his own choreographic work in the following period. 

Tormod was part of NSP 2 (2021-2022).
