Sigurd Aleksander Eriksen Bolstad

Sigurd Aleksander Eriksen Bolstad is a dancer from Trondheim, Norway. His journey in dance began with ballroom and latin dance at the age of 11. This passion expanded when he attended Trondheim Cathedral School’s high school program in dance.

In 2024, Sigurd Aleksander graduated from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO) with a bachelor's degree in jazz dance. During this time he worked with artists such as Line Tørmoen, Camilla Spidsøe, Subjazz, and Jarek Cemerek among others. He also spent a semester at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona, studying choreography and interpretation, having the privilege of working with Lorena Manion and Aladino Blanca from Sasha Waltz & Guests, as well as Sandra Marin Garcia.

Alongside his education, Sigurd Aleksander has been active as a freelance dancer, working with various projects, both commercially and his own. He is also a co-founder of the dance and club concept, “Discothéque”, which premiered in 2023.

Sigurd Aleksander is part of NSP 2 for the season 2024-2025.
