Kazutomi ‘Tsuki’ Kozuki
Kazutomi ‘Tsuki’ Kozuki was born in Japan and is a performer, singer and composer of electronic music.
He started working in 2004 as a dancer for Baby-Q Dance Company in Japan, and moved to Belgium in 2007, where he worked for the Belgian director and theatre-maker Jan Fabre.
In 2008 Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui invited him to join Origine, marking the start of a prolonged collaboration. Kazutomi assisted Cherkaoui during the creation of Dunas with María Pagés in 2009, and joined Eastman since 2010, performing in Babel (words), TeZukA, Puz/zle, 4D, 生长genesis and Shell Shock.
In 2015 Kazutomi performed in the theatre production Pluto based on the award-winning manga series by Naoki Urasawa and Takashi Nagasaki at Bunkamura in Tokyo, under the direction of Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui.
He joined the cast of Les Indes Galantes at Bayerische Staatsoper and Icon at GöteborgsOperans Danskompani. He is also part of the original cast of Satyagraha, which premiered in 2017 at Theater Basel.
