Ida Haugen is a dance artist based in Oslo. She works as a performer, teacher and choreographer in various constellations. She studied at Studio Harmonic in Paris and at the Norwegian National Academy of the Arts (KHiO), graduating with a Bachelor in Contemporary Dance in 2014. The following year she worked with Carte Blanche for one year as a trainee. As a freelance dancer she has worked with Nagelhus Schia Productions (NSP), Oslo Koreografiske, Kari Hoaas Productions, Ingvil Isaksen, André Danielsen and Rom for dans/Caroline Wahlström Nesse among others.

In 2019 she created Etyder for dans, performed by the graduate students in the dance education programme in Skien upper secondary school. Later the same year she created Nissenrevyen 2020 together with the young actors. In the autumn of 2020, she was the first participant in NSP’s choreographer-in-residency programme, working with the young dancers from NSP 2.
