Catharina Vehre Gresslien is from Bærum, Norway. She attended Kirsti Skullerud's Ballet and Dance Studio from the age of 5 years old and was a member of their talent programme Happy Feet.
Catharina trained at Fagerborg Videregående Skole, at the Norwegian Opera Ballet School, followed by two years at the Royal Swedish Ballet School in Stockholm. Catharina graduated in contemporary dance at the Norwegian National Academy of the Arts, and ever since has worked freelance with choreographers including: Kristin Inao, Ina Cristel Johannessen, Ida Wigdel, Gold Øzger, Hege Haagenrud, Lise Tiller, Ingun Bjørnsgaard Prosjekt and Janne-Camilla Lyster.
In 2017 Catharina was awarded the three year Artistic Bursary for newly established artists, by the Norwegian Arts Council, and in August 2018 was employed by the Norwegian Actor and Dancer Alliance.
